TU-768 is a customer-specified laminate callout often used in designs where thermal reliability and repeated assembly exposure are important considerations. Highleap uses the material designation only as part of the approved PCB construction.For these projects, the manufacturing review focuses on lamination, layer registration, plated-hole geometry, dimensional stability, surface finish, and the planned soldering process.Material performance values are intentionally not reproduced here. The customer's approved engineering data and current manufacturer documentation remain the reference for qualification.

Where specified, controlled impedance and critical dimensions are manufactured to customer-defined tolerances.

For projects with repeated reflow, rework, or demanding thermal cycling, the complete board and assembly specification should be reviewed before production rather than relying on the material name alone.
