ISO 9001

ISO 9001 constitutes a series of international standards and principles dedicated to enhancing the quality of products and services provided by global enterprises and organizations. ISO 13485
ISO 13485 is designed to be used by organizations involved in the design, production, installation and servicing of medical devices and related services. We leverage our years of experience, our state-of-the-art processes and facilities, and our passion for what we do to build the best PCBAs for the medical equipment industry.
IATF
IATF, a short form of International Automotive Task Force, is a specialized agency established by world’s leading automotive manufacturers and associations in 1996. IATF16949 is actually a set of quality management standard that requires electronics manufacturers to guarantee automotive products’ quality and security and to improve the performance and reliability of automotive products.
IPC
IPC is the official name of the association that produces PCB-related standards.IPC standards are the electronics-industry-adopted standards for design, PCB manufacturing, and electronic assembly. There’s an IPC standard associated with just about every PCB design, production, and assembly.
UL
Applicable for circuit boards and power supplies, UL listing service requires manufacturers to rigorously test their products by conforming to correct procedures in order to minimize product hassels. With UL certificated, Highleap Electronics has been promoting testing capabilities and up to now, we’re capable of carrying out first article inspection, AOI , X-ray inspection, etc. in order to provide high-quality products and services for customers.
RoHS
RoHS, short for Restrictions of Hazardous Substances, refers to a series of restrictive laws of application of 6 hazardous substances in the manufacturing of electronic and electrical equipment, including Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE).Highleap Electronics is able to provide custom PCBs and assembly with surface finishes compatible with the requirements of RoHS such as lead-free HASL, ImAg, ENIG, etc.
REACH
REACH is an acronym for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals. It’s a regulation of the European Union that came into force in 2007.The primary difference between REACH and RoHS, therefore, is that. In contrast, RoHS bans chemical substances in electrical components within the directive, and the REACH focuses on all chemical substances, including those manufacturers use to make the product.
CE
The CE Mark is a conformity scheme that allows for the free flow of products between countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). A manufacturer has the responsibility to prove compliance with whatever rules apply to their product in Europe and in theory, the CE Mark shows that the manufacturer has done their due diligence and the product is compliant.
