Halogen-Free PCB Manufacturing & Assembly
For PCB projects with customer-specified halogen-free material requirements, Highleap Electronics manages the complete PCB fabrication and assembly process according to the approved design, stack-up, material callout, and production documentation. The laminate itself is a third-party PCB material; our role is to manufacture and assemble the finished PCB.
PCB Fabrication with Specified Halogen-Free Materials
Before production, we review the specified laminate model together with board thickness, copper construction, layer count, drilling requirements, surface finish, and other fabrication details. The approved material designation is then carried through the PCB production process, including multilayer lamination, imaging, plating, solder mask, profiling, inspection, and electrical testing.
PCBA Coordination & Production Traceability
For projects requiring assembly, bare-board fabrication and PCBA requirements are coordinated as one production package. Panel format, component areas, soldering requirements, BOM data, and testing needs are reviewed before SMT or THT assembly. Material identification and production records can also be maintained according to the agreed order requirements for project traceability.
